Het snijmechanisme werkt met een lage rotatiesnelheid. Hij is ideaal om middelgrote hoeveelheden hard plantenmateriaal te verkleinen. Via de brede klavervormige opening is de machine eenvoudig te vullen met takken tot een dikte tot 40 mm. De doeltreffende snijwals transformeert ze in een handomdraai tot een composteerbare massa en verzekert bovendien een stille
