The extruder for squeezing out dirt is enlarged

The main working element of the extruder for squeezing out the enlarged slag is the worm, which is located inside the perforated cylinder and performs the functions of separation, transportation and compression of the slag. Honey with wax grains is squeezed out through the perforation holes and flows into the sieve. The sieve retains the wax particles, the filtered honey flows into the lower container. In the front part of the sieve under the cylinder outlet there is a small trough for collecting dry wax particles that may fall out of the holes at the end of the slag compression. The worm is driven by a gear motor.
Everything is mounted on a metal frame made of profile pipe. The motor-reducer compartment is covered by a casing, on which there is a knob for adjusting the speed of the worm. The rotation of the worm can occur in both forward and reverse modes (to change the direction of rotation, it is enough to press the corresponding button on the control panel when the extruder is powered on, this is possible even during its operation).
